To read Adobe Acrobat files, you will first need to download and install the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader available from Adobe Systems Incorporated.

Follow the easy instructions included with Acrobat Reader software to install Acrobat Reader on your computer.  Acrobat Reader is free.

Once Acrobat is installed on your computer, your can view PDF files (registration forms and rules) by clicking the LEFT mouse button on the link to the desired file.  On some computers, you will be given instructions to download the file and will then have to view and print the file from your computer disk.

To always download the file to your computer, click the RIGHT mouse button on the link to the desired file and select "Save Target As..."
