Rules for all teams in DYBA are predicated on the general principles of fair play and sportsmanship that are described in the Code of Conduct. All adults associated with DYBA must agree to abide by these principles.

The Rules of Play for DYBA differ for each league.
For baseball and softball, all rules are based on the National Federation of State High School Associations Rules.
General DYBA Rules specific to all games in DYBA supersede these.
Specific T-Ball (Preschool-Kindergarten) Rules supersede these rules.
General Baseball Rules specific to all Baseball Leagues supersede the General DYBA Rules.
Rules for individual baseball leagues supersede the General Baseball Rules. These are:
