DYBA is pleased to announce the creation of the DYBA Community Impact Award. This honor will be awarded each year to two individuals, who will be chosen by a committee consisting of the current DYBA Commissioner, Immediate Past Commissioner, and Assistant Commissioner.  The DYBA Community Impact Award will honor those individuals who have devoted countless time and energy to serving the organization, many of those hours worked "behind the scenes," and in doing so have had an immeasurable impact on DYBA and the community. 

Congratulations to our 2020 Community Impact Award Winners Jeff Nehila (Executive Director) & Laura McCarty (Director of Recreation) of the Deerfield Park District.

Both Jeff & Laura were instrumental in helping us get through an immensely challenging 2020 COVID impacted season.

Congratulations to Tom Roark of the Deerfield Park District for tireless efforts keeping Deerfield's baseball and softball facilities in pristine condition.
